(NYSE: ARR and ARR-PRC) (“ARMOUR” or the “Company”) today announced guidance on the April 2023 cash dividend for the Company’s Common Stock of $0.08 to be paid on April 19, 2023. The Company expects the cash dividend for the fiscal year ended April 2023 to amount to approximately $50,000 as of April 24, 2023. The cash dividend will be payable on April 19 or 2023, and will be paid on April 24.
The Company’s Common Stock of $0.08 will be paid on May 31, 2130.
