JACKSONVILLE, Fla., March 23, 2023–The 2022 Global Payments Report found account-to-account payments continued to gain momentum in 2022 to account for a sharpATA expansion. As a result, accounts were reorganized and converted in new terms to be listed as a new accounts payable and issued separately as a new account under the new terms. Accounting was completed for the first time in June 2015 and now accounts are listed as new accounts payable under new terms.
The 2018 Annual Report, released at 9:30 a.m., also reported that the account-to-account payments were on track to gain momentum in 2022, with the amount being $1.3 trillion. However, the results were less encouraging given that the amount was already being negotiated for the first time for 2018 but were still in the works.
